Forgot to mention ... My dad's gonna go to my sister's for TG dinner so we're gonna go as well. She's eating early, so we'll be able to eat there and then drive back to Chambersburg to eat with Jen's parents. It'll be the first holiday without my mom, so there's that to maneuver. Christmas will be tougher. We were able to go see them last Thanksgiving (predicting that it was going to be my mom's last) but we usually didn't meet up until the Saturday after TG for Derek's birthday. That's just how things always worked out. Christmas was big for my mom though. Dad says he's gonna try to do something - and we'll still cook our Christmas Eve fish dinner ... but it'll be --- different I guess.
