Thanks Jim My plan was to have a 9-stack in Catz led by armor and 4x divisions, forcing you to cover a 26 pt assault at Dawn (24 +2 corps artillery). I’d have been able to bombard five times before lowering my assault from 26 (naval, air, and three Brit 6 pt Div Arty’s). Plus the Adv to roll the assault twice |

The assault was 11-4, not 11-3, and of course you rolled up. 9CP. 3FLK(D1) to D2, then eight D2 units retreat to 43 and 45, leaving FLK/3FS(S) and 902/Lehr(D2) in 44. I could throw in another unit but you have another 11-4 attack against only 7 steps. Then an overwhelming 12th. I see no point in prolonging the agony so I resign. Congratulations |
