oh I see... you did not know that CSA cannot enter DC from Manassas... 1st, there is the Union naval control over Potomac River. 2nd, there is a fort in DC, across the blue bar ...i.e. which is why Union cannot cross into Dover from Paducah. so CSA can only enter DC from either Frederick or Baltimore. |

well, I set up in a way that Union has overwhelming odds... the only 50/50 battle was when ASJ retreated and usa only got +3.... which is why it's not ideal to spread out 1 sp all over if you cannot get them back in time... the opponent can easily defeat each in detail. |
