I was confused as who was Proconsul. That was my bad. I've been a bit scatter brained over the past couple of days. Too many things going on. In any event, since Varro is Proconsul, he can leave 1 or 2 Cus on bruttium to maintain the subjugation. Please confirm the number of CUs remaining. However, since Lilybaeum still has a Carthaginian PC marker, I don't believe that P.Scipio can enter the space to pickup the 2cus that are present. I could not find an exception to this in the rules, even if a CU is present. If you know something different, let me know. Otherwise, feel free to redo that third activation. |

Now I'm confused. I moved 3 Generals per Major Campaign. 2 moved and PU troops VARO left 1 CU on the space to HOLD the seige # and moved off with the rest of the force so I will not get Attrition on a blue space if I can NOT break the truce.
