I think you could have taken Atlanta with enough battles. You could have fought one large battle then broke through on the next 2. I barely had enough troops to hold. You can also place pc even without being in supply. I think you could have easily gained 3sw if I didn’t take the troops over the forts. I gambled you drew 2 sail cards or  I won a large battle.  |
