BTW, I didn't do my due diligence when I countered your move with the landing of the units from Omaha approach. Once that 2nd unit became spent on the beach, no other units should have landed. Although you would have won the assault by two less, the second assault wouldn't have cleared Foret. The rules of tournament play allow illegal turns to stand once the next turn is played, so there's that. I'm only mentioning it as a reminder for us both in future play. |
