A bit of confusion on both our parts. First off - you initially stated that 1 CU with Mago sailed to Carales Then you changed the info and stated that 2 would go. Then when you dealt cards you stated that you had 5 but dealt only 4 ...? Finally you lost 1 in end of battle. SO.... Let's split the baby - Mago and 1 CU remain on Carales. I will (I would have) sail to Oristano with 5 CU - I'll suffer attrition per your pre-battle card - then what ever forces I have will attack Mago in Carales with no escape. |

something nagged me about whether Mago had 1 or 2 CU with him. However, since we exchanged files and I had him shown as only having 1 CU, guess I should leave to your discretion how to resolve this. If you knew Mago had 1 CU, would you have gone to a different port there? However you decide is OK. |

also, note that I corrected Mago's move and sent 2 CU (#267), so he still has 1 with him. That means you will have to fight upon landing and Mago doesn't go quietly. |

Yeah, as the attacker you do not LOSE Mago but he can not move onto an enemy PC without a CU so he's trapped there and will suffer attrition (?) at end of turn - or not? Not sure how this works. Perhaps we need to ask the GM unless you can find specific reference on what to do if lone General is on an Enemy PC and can not move from there? |
