I don't agree. If all the CUs were removed on the BC roll, then there aren't any left to be removed to satisfy the conditions for displacement ("all CUs accompanying the General are eliminated") on the Retreat roll. In addition, what would be the point of no displacement on the BC roll, if any subsequent Retreat roll would displace a lone general? |
