To your earlier question, I agree that the CSA has an edge. US is dangerously close to 2:1 differential. However, CSA has some serious problems. Both armies are small. Richmond is now cut off from the rest of the south and is OOS. North Atlantic Blockade zone is closed. And Grant is arriving in Bloomington this turn. As I said, on balance, leans CSA due to the high SW. But still a lot of game play. |
