One needs to control a port at the start of the player turn to use sea movement or bring in reinforcements or a new supply unit, so the Allied units near the homebase are isolated and a supply unit cannot land in the homebase. |

I still need to take Tobruk, although I'm confident it would fall before November if I have average supply and combat dice (assuming no major errors on my part). Otherwise it could hold out for quite a while. If you would still like to concede for the tournament, I'm happy to continue. You can redo your June II turn and we can go from there. |

In tournament matches players don't generally allow redos once the other player has moved or dice have been rolled. I do allow my opponents to redo moves in casual games. |
