In this case it is the Brits (8th army) landing there with the planning of the Brits beachhead. The beachhead markers goes on the “P” triangle. I also place the US Army 8th armored corps in the Reserve which makes no sense to me as it’s a Brit invasion but I don’t see an errata about it and these the latest cards I’m using so I guess it’s right. This brings up a SR question. From what I can tell I can SR an army from anywhere on the western allies map to this invasion space…right? By that I mean like from Africa and it does not even have to be in a port to do so. Such as my Brit unit in Buerat. I might be missing something but I know you did this in the past. What ya think my man? |

Hey Marc. Let’s talk about your move. At the bottom of this message is what you did. At Pinsk you were moving the GExxxx7, a 3 3 3 unit and I have that unit at Calais. At Pinsk I have the GExxxx9, a 5 3 3 unit. Which is correct good sir. Just a typo or do I have the units swapped? The RO3 part of your move leaves too many units at Kirovograd. Before your move I had the GExxxx17 + (GExxx6) in Kirovograd. You then moved the GExxx1SS there and then the RO3. A total of 4 units. What are you showing? No problem on her Romanian units you refit. As for your not having your Reserve up to snuff. I show 8 GE units with the GExxx13 flipped. Then there is the RO corps. That’s all you available units unless I’m really off on your Reserve. |

Thanks for the pic on my positions. I finally did some research and found The BR Desert + CW 7th are in Bureat per 568. Also, the armored corps you have at Tripoli is in the Reserve now after being killed and then ressurected last turn. |

I truly can’t believe I got a good roll in a major battle…wow! (I know, I should shut up!) My 6 causes 6 steps of loss and your 2 causes 4 steps of loss. I will flip the 1 Bel and you have a couple of ways to take your 6 steps and then there is your retreat. Let me know.
