Marc, just for the record I believe this happens and I didn’t think about it in the end turn phase of Turn 15 under attrition. Greece is isolated as well as Albania which makes it fall under Allied control. The Crete VP would drop you to 29 (as if that matters!). You still control Yougoslavia though…dang it. My thoughts on invading Salonika. I believe Romania and Bulgaria need to have fallen to make it feasible. Otherwise guarding my supply line is not practical. Your thoughts? |

Since there are no modifiers involved in the attack on Athens The US automatically eliminates the GExxx7 unit. I did so and I used it so let’s just say that’s that. I really don’t think I have a shot at winning this anyway and I’d have done things differently in more than one case knowing what I could and couldn’t do with armies and SR. I’ll keep the same card play for 3 SR and SR as follows: 1. Brits - BRxxx11 from Reserve to Naples which I believe is allowed since it’s a supply source. 2 & 3. USxxx6th & 8th from Reserve to Salonika Your go and let’s see what happens! |

From what I read I didn’t even have to be at a port. Pipe in if I’m missing something. 3rd para under 12.5 is short and sweet but seems to say it’s okay. |
