Sorry, but you can't take control of WV at this point, only in the PC phase during EoT procedure (12.1). That means I could prevent that by occupying some WV spaces you own now with some of my SP before EoT. Does that change your action? |

CB is abbreviation for Cyberboard. It is a tool with Map and units that allows you to move units. I will email you a copy. It is the old version of tracking moves before things like Vassal. It is a desktop program with a lot of modules for war games. |

Philipp, Nice to meet you. Good Luck I haven't played in several years so let me know if I make any mistakes with the rules. I sometimes have issues with Vassal. I can give Vassal with exhanging files or We can track separately and then exchange mas at end of turn to confirm we are in sync. I usually use CB but do have access to Vassal. Ken |

Hi Ken, this is Philipp Schumann from Germany. It seems we're matched as opponents in the upcoming tournament. I prefer exchanging VASSAL logs, but we can keep track on our own, if you prefer that. CSA won't campaign. |
