It is the old version of tracking moves before things like Vassal. It is a desktop program with a lot of modules for war games.

I sometimes have issues with Vassal. I can give Vassal with exhanging files or We can track separately and then exchange mas at end of turn to confirm we are in sync. I usually use CB but do have access to Vassal.
