It's an interesting idea, especially early in the game. Not knowing what the card is, I think I'd save the card as well. Go ahead and knock out end of turn if you want, but I won't be able to do my reinforcements until I get back from vacation on Sunday. |

Message from Japanese: I can either save this card as my FO or use it to remove Combined Fleet HQ from the board so I can reposition it to...Oahu! I had to take a walk to consider the consequences of the later. The HQ would have to remain there for two complete turns to get the USPW loss. The bonus is that it deprives you of the UN Naval replacement step each turn it is there. The down-side is that the HQ is essentially out of action for those turns. I believe that being put OOS by allied air at Kauai would not eliminate either the HQ or a reduced unit with it. The other two HQs must then be protected at all costs as they will supply all of the Japanese forces. After due consideration, I cannot bring myself to do it. So save this card for next turn. |
