Sorry, no: 13.93 only requires Honshu for the surrender of Japan. The other parts of the Home Islands are sources of supply etc. but not a requirement for surrender. |

Good game, Nando! Up until turn 11 it was not clear who would win in the end. I was lucky in the last turns, especially with cards, which made it a lot easier to clear the board, allowing this early turn 12 win. You were very good at keeping your units alive throughout the midgame, forcing me to focus absolutely on destroying units, only taking very few bases.
