Hey Mark, Thank you for the game. If you want to continue, no problem. Otherwise, maybe you should try a more aggressive style with CSA in 1862. Your main advantage is the ability to move an army commanded by Lee with any of your cards, whereas I can statistically reposition with 1/3 of my cards. Try to set up 2 theats at a time with Lee, and once I reacted against one with one of my precious 3OC cards, go for the other. Richmond is of no importance if you can invade DC. Best, Philippe |

Hey Mark, sorry to appear picky, but New Madrid is OOS : you cannot trace a path to an Ultimate Supply Source. The Arkansas river, as an extension to the Mississipi, is under Union control as well and the road to Little Rock is closed to CSA. As a consequence, you can't build a fort at New Madrid. You can build a fort at Memphis though : you are on the correct side of the Mississipi. |

"I am trying to understand the consequences of spending a Cavalry brigade (Say Stuarts). Does Stuart just go to the Turn track, leaving 1SP and Forrest 1SP Cav Brigade in the AoNV? Is Stuart considered killed and replaced by Lee? Similarly, if only Cavalry remain in the Army, can Lee still command it?" there was no generals casualties, so in that case if you choose the Stuart's brigade then Stuart would just reappear 3 turns later if your army does only have cavalry, Lee can command it no problem but the army loses the capability to change the political control of a space from USA to CSA |
