You have to SR to a supply centre from RB. That is Alex or Suez, not Tobruk. Place them in Alex? Also, just a strategic observation. Allies can't really make a decisive move in N.Africa until US BUILD UP event is played. No invasions, no 8TH ARMY event. It was a big mistake not to play this when you had the chance. |
