A couple of things 1. Why would you put a PC in Verona when it will be isolated at the end of turn (no other card play). If you would like to place that PC marker elsewhere, just let me know. 2. Carthage does reinforcements first before Roma - not that it would change what you would do Carthage Reinforcements 1 CU with Hannibal. now 6CU +1e 2 CUs with Hasdrubal. now 2CU Mago returns to Carthage 1 CU to carthage with Hanno. now 5 CU.
