Sorry about the delay as I was away from my computer all day yesterday and I wanted to devote some time in a response. Quick note, although it effects nothing. I believe the assault into 11 is 8:3 as the XXX Corp Art can still support. At this point I concede. I have little hope of holding Bayeux as the Americans can bring a good assault and I don't have that many resources to reinforce with. 28 and 49 are also not well defended and could be easily taken this day. You did a good job creating a huge hammer to batter Caen with and continued to pound it. You also did well developing the Omaha beachhead after the D-Day issues. I will make note of those lessons in future games. I would appreciate any pointers on things I could have done better. I would welcome playing another game after swapping sides. I will be out of town next weekend so as long as that isn't an issue we cold start as soon as possible. I will let you set up another game in ACT. |
