Congrats Kevin. No, Keith, I'm fine. House stuff just eating me up. We had final negotiations with builder Friday and have a settlement that I'm not happy with. Would have won in litigation and netted out less. All in all, a rather unpleasant last 2.5 months dealing with the builder which was a major distraction. Closing now scheduled for Thursday and no issues remain, so I should resume normal life shortly. |

George, I can be available for semi realtime play a few times this week (all mountain time): today or tomorrow after 9PM Thursday evening after 6PM Friday morning before noon I could also get an hour or so in on Wednesday/Thursday between 11am and 1:30pm. I likely won't be able to get more than 2 or 3 moves per day on this weekend. |
