435 4/5/2017 11:00:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message I will let you be Union. You have now seen several different strategies to victory.
434 4/5/2017 11:00:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message Next game will be Atlanta is Ours (in honor of Ed Beach's next game that should be out this year).
433 4/5/2017 10:59:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message You definitely should have played St. Marks as the event and opened up the Gulf when you had it. The -4 SW each turn is pretty potent (not to mention the lost reinforcements).
432 4/4/2017 11:39:00 PM Fall 1863 Confederate Message Unfortunately timed war guilt. Kind of odd, that my position is better than historic, but I've lost. Guess I need to be more mindful of SW.
I'll play either if you want to whoop me yet again.
431 4/3/2017 8:17:00 AM Fall 1863 Union Message William, I think it did move you to 16. However, I am afraid it won't be enough.
-5 for AR, -5 for WG, -3 for COF takes you down to 3 points. Thus, you make it into 1864 but then blockade losses cost you another 4.
430 4/3/2017 12:33:00 AM Fall 1863 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #32: 3 / Dixie Land

388 3/26/2017 2:50:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message Hi William,

We can use RR Logistics, although I am sure we violated those rules in the TransMiss. Would help if I had the RR markers from the latest reprint :-)

So I will take an additional attrition from AOT, and then add enough to take it to 7. The other 2 SP then go to AOC taking him to strength of 8.
387 3/26/2017 2:20:00 PM Fall 1863 Confederate Message Houston, we have a problem.
I've been trying to use the RR Logistics rules to my advantage, indeed that was the point of cutting off your AoT.
1 - I think that Army is due a second attrition per 9.3, so goes from 6 to 5 to 4 EoT.
2 - I don't think it is eligble to receive reinformcements from Strat.Move due to 10.21.
3 - Even if 10.21 doesn't prohibit, only 3 are allowed under the original moves to move to Armies w/o LOC.
386 3/21/2017 11:17:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message Over to you to strat move, place your cav leader and declare if you are moving with a campaign.

Union SW reduced by five points. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
Grant Counters forming AOT.

You lost 2SW as AS Johnston (10 political) is on the board.

Grant at 8 is equal to everyone else in the field. McClellan is on an Army Display so he is happy :-)
351 3/6/2017 11:28:00 PM Summer 1863 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #42: 2 / Kentucky Anarchy
Remove up to three enemy PC markers in Kentucky. You must also remove one of your own PC markers from the state if you have any there. Removal of a PC marker makes a space neutral. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:
Bragg forms AoM in Chattanooga at 6 strength. However, I simply can't abide the AoT on the Mississippi and the AoM on the Tennessee. Switch the two armies.

NOTE that the AR unit you built cannot cross the river unless you build a fort in Memphis.

Thus, if you want to put him somewhere else to rail you can.
