If a Union SP is in one of the objective spaces then a Union PC marker can immediately be placed to convert the space or spaces. Remove from deck if Union plays card.

22 1/23/2017 8:44:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message Fort markers are in Tray A

In ACTS games, it appears that we must do some things out of order. During the End of Turn and Reinforcements phase, it goes like this:

After the last Strategy Card is played, we do not end turn a draw cards, but we do Reinforcements and Strategic Movement and then end turn and draw cards. This is so you do not know what cards you will have in your hand before you get your reinforcements. I do not know what the game is set up as it is , but this is the way it has been taught to me when using ACTS as it is more in the keeping with the Sequence of Play of the game itself.

No harm this time because you did not know.
