27 2/12/2017 8:01:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Now it is the Blockade Runners that I am still not sure of. My choices are Wilmington(n2), Charleston SC(n2), Columbus and New Orleans(n2). I could be wrong, But I don't think I have to roll a die for each roll.
