35 2/9/2017 8:49:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message Rangers count as irregulars (round unites are irregulars), but not provincials.
34 2/9/2017 6:48:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message A third rule - if moving individual units, a leader only costs 1 ops. You have 2 more ops.
33 2/9/2017 6:48:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message Actually, there's 2 rules that are wrong here.

1. Irregulars alone can avoid automatically
2. If a force wins a battle with no loss, they can keep moving.

Now you can decide if you wanted to automatically avoid or not, but I'll move with Johnson regardless to Oneida Carry East.

Message from Britain:
Johnson moves with a regular and 2 provincials.

Drop one regular in Albany, then move with 2 provincials to Canajoharie. Avoid?
26 2/7/2017 10:12:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message I understand, and I don't want to second guess you too much, but I think it's important that you play with full knowledge of the rules.

Regulars are usually limited to a movement of 4, but along river connections, can move up to 9 spaces. That's a very important rule for the French, who have forts all over the map. So you could have reached Crown point in one action.

If you'd like to do that, I'll let you use this card for another action.
25 2/6/2017 7:07:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message Also, that leaves 2 regulars leaderless in Quebec - is that intentional?
24 2/6/2017 7:06:00 PM 1757 Early Season Britain Message Hi Michael,

Sorry I'm a bit puzzled by your last move. You know you could have moved to Crown point directly? Why stop in St-Jean?
