290 3/19/2017 11:33:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message Yes - I missed that - USA gets PCs in Uniontown, Johnstown and Pittsburg.

As for MO, yes I believe you still control the three spaces in MO that you state, as I see no mention in the rules that these automatically change as they do when one first gets control of a border state. I do control the other 7 spaces in MO, which is the number needed to control the state, and according to 12.13 Rebs subtract and Union adds the SW value, which is what I did in Post 282.

252 3/11/2017 10:28:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message You need to make a correction to your last two strategic moves. Under the Railroad logistics rules, only 3 SP's can be moved into an army that does not have an RR connection, and the last two moves into ANV and AOM were SP's #4 and 5 moved in that way. The pertinent rule, which is a modification to 10.21 found under 19.0, is as follows:

10.21 (modify)
… As a special case an Army can receive a SP if it is in supply and has an LOC of friendly or neutral spaces directly to the location of the SP (neutral RR connections are eligible in this situation). This movement can include both naval and overland strategic movement. Each SP moved into an Army counts against the player’s strategic movement limit, but no more than 3 SPs total can be moved in this manner by each player.

If two or more Confederate armies are in Virginia, the Confederate player places (Confederate choice) one army (placed, not moved) in a Confederate controlled Resource space (destroyed or not), Riverine port, or Blockade Runner port (open or closed) in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas. Remove from deck if event is played.

226 3/6/2017 10:41:00 AM Summer 1862 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #126: 1 / Valley Devastation
If Union infantry SPs occupy all three Shenandoah Valley spaces the Union player places a destroyed Resource marker in all Shenandoah Valley spaces. These destroyed Resource markers cannot be removed and prevent the Confederate player from using the Shenandoah valley as a supply source for the remainder of the game. Remove from deck if event is played.
