Also, see 5.61. Grant is the subordinate to Burnside until Burnside is relieved. That can't be done until your turn as an action.

I will go ahead and do my reinfs but will not strat move until after you take care of the stuff above.

PS I may be wrong so if you see different, let me know.

Effect combat: 5 (#s 28, 57, 58, 105, 130)

Moral of the story: I guess we do need to declare before combat, at least. So recommend the defender always roll the combat to accommodate this.
