At this time I would prefer one game. The extended board is fine with me. I am open to playing either side and will let you choose.

One game is fine. Extended board is fine. Why don't we randomly roll for sides after we finalize the rules so there won't be any arguing for a specific side as opposed to arguing for what we think is best.
MOK - that is fine. I propose that you make a die roll in ACTS. Even number I am the Axis, odd number you are the Axis.

Preferences for optional rules:
17.2 Air Supply

As written no. The western allies in France with a far greater Air Force were unable to supply everyone within a 75 mile area. How about 1 Air supplies 1 unit in the hex the Air is in? Given the size of the units better than any historical example of which I am aware. Look at the difficulty in supplying Market-Garden. Look at the requirement to clear the route to Antwerp. Thoughts? Also note below in OOS.

Prefer limit of only one hex ground movement on turn of drop be added but will agree to it regardless if you wish to add the limitation. Again the historical argument.

18.0 Optional OOS

Feel this is far too powerful as written. A 6-5-4 in say Smolensk lasts on average 5 months even if the front line is in the woods near Moscow. Given the ease of doing it in ACTS would like a modified form where you roll as listed on the first turn OOS but die on the second turn OOS or on the third turn OOS if your only form of supply has been by Air. No pocket at this scale that I know of actually lasted even this long and the Air Supply limit is to avoid the historically ridiculous supplying a deep threat Panzer Corps that never needs to have a ground supply route. Thoughts?

20.1 Ignore required retreats

This dramatically changes the Air War. With it a German Air on attack never loses to a Russian Air; they both might die but it is never a Russian win. Without it the Russian Air wins 16.67% of the time(on a roll of 3). With it the German Air wins 83.33 % and draws 16.67%; without it the German Air wins 75%, draws 8.33%, and loses 16.67%. It also turns the need not retreat as ground defender in a Major or Fortress City from a critical rule to one that saves one Hit.

My proposed modifications: if used by an attacking unit the unit may no longer be the engaged unit. Effect is that one German Air can lose to one Russian Air but two German Air can't. If used by a ground attacker in a Major or Fortress City costs two extra Hits to stay not one. The second extra Hit may be on any attacking unit in the hex not just the engaged or supporting units. Effect is that battles the attacker would have lost but now can win because of the rule become more expensive. Thoughts?

20.2 Strategic Bombing

No issue with replacement attacks. Rail attacks are far too strong. The idea that the Germans could completely eliminate rail movement in Russia; even in those parts far beyond their air range, isn't very reasonable.
