279 10/26/2017 9:50:00 AM 1759 Late Season France Message Jim,

Thanks. I enjoyed the game. I was really worried when I failed the intercept and left Montcalm exposed.

Good Game.

278 10/25/2017 8:14:00 PM 1759 Late Season Britain Message Ken -- With that I will resign as I no longer see any viable paths to a win for me.

It was an unusual game in that I never saw LIs the entire game. My gamble with an early grab of Louisbourg also failed to bear fruit with the AM card and in the end turned out to be a mistake since I had to withstand the risks associated with multiple French card plays, which led to me being permanently crippled on the Lake George/Champlain avenue of advance.

I thought you played very well. You can let Keith know you have the win. I enjoyed playing. Thank you for the game.

227 10/6/2017 9:54:00 PM 1759 Early Season Britain Message With respect to Ohio Forks:

I see I missed that both MDs were eliminated at Ohio Forks due to Winter Attrition rather than just one because of the CdB being in Ohio Forks as well. I need read the exception 11.2 more carefully in future.

With respect to all of those interception attempts, only one attempt is allowed:

6.72 Who May Intercept. For each space a moving enemy
force or unit enters, you may attempt Interception with any ONE unbesieged force or individual unit that is adjacent or in the same space.

It is not like The Napoleonic Wars or some of the other card driven games where multiple interception attempts are allowed.

This said, I am fine with letting the results stand as is at Ohio Forks.
