Regarding the amphibious assault, the Admiral Foote and Admiral Porter cards provide a DRM to be included in the AAM calculation. So, the AAM in this case was +2 for CSA (frt) and +2 for USA (amphib assault modifier level on map) +2 (card).

End result is +2 AAM for USA. End result is the same in this case, but it may not be in other assaults.
