Prussian initiative - obviously only David (and I) will know who these rolls apply to.
4 10/9/2017 9:55:00 AM Turn 1 Umpire Message All day 1 moves received and entered into my 'master' map.
Obviously there are no reports.
Each main commander will be rated decisive, this means they will always march to the sound of the guns if within marching distance of a battle.

Wether they make it depends on troop type, clear terrain or roads e.g. a brigade containing infantry would need to be within two clear hexes of the battle, 2 clear hexes is equivalent to 4 movement points or 8 tabletop battle turns. A cavalry brigade could be up to 5 hexes away if on a road. If the cavalry brigade was 3 hexes away that is 3 movement points and 3 tabletop battle turns.

Brigades will always move at the speed of the slowest unit.

Average commanders will have to make a random roll to see if they can reinforce as will indecisive commanders who will have only a small chance of reinforcing.

Initiative rolls will be sent to you all individually over the next day or so.

Initiative level will also effect how well your commanders follow orders once away from the main army commander.
