245 1/8/2018 9:41:00 AM Summer 1862 Union Message okay, will fic bot. first unit from Manassas rail move 7 spaces to Pittsburgh

Second unit rail move 6 spaces to Pittsburgh
244 1/5/2018 2:31:00 PM Summer 1862 Confederate Message This is a division move so you cannot move into enemy controlled spaces (I'm not in front of my PC but I think that I control Stanton apologies if not). I should have caught this on your last move (too late for it now since I moved) but the idea is that it takes a general (corps or army) move to occupy enemy territory. Here's the rule:

5.42 MOVEMENT RESTRICTIONS: Division moves may drop off SPs, but may not pick up SPs. Division moves may not enter enemy-controlled spaces in enemy controlled or neutral Border States.
EXAMPLE: A Union SP conducting a Division move may NOT enter an enemy-controlled space in Tennessee if Tennessee is still Confederate-controlled.

Message from Confederate:
Since your roll was an 11 with the DRM, we have to roll for leader casualties as well. I'll roll for Price (dies on a 6) and you can roll to see if your lose anyone (1-3 roll) and if you do, you can roll again to see who it is.
224 12/30/2017 12:39:00 AM Summer 1862 Confederate Message Actually I missed the fort hidden under my units so I had a +3 DRM instead of a +1. Looks like a 3/3* result but since it is a resource space, you do not win on the tie. I lose the 2 SP and Price remains alone in Memphis. The AOM loses 3 SP and the remaining 3 retreat back to Humboldt

219 12/28/2017 5:24:00 PM Summer 1862 Confederate Message If that card is not played as a event (conditions met which they are not), I think it has to be held until the last card in your hand to be played as an OC - look at rule 4.42 and see what you think. If you also had the Emancipation Proc, then it could be played as the second to last card with the eman proc being the last.
218 12/28/2017 4:43:00 PM Summer 1862 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #82: 3 / Foreign Intervention - Reshuffle/Remove
Either player can play this card as an EC when Confederate SW is 110+. If this is the last card in a players hand or the second to last and the player holds the Emancipation Proclamation, if the condition is met, it must be played as an EC, if not it can be played as an OC. EFFECTS: 1. Union Blockade reduced by one (cannot become greater than 4 for the remainder of the game). 2. Union -2 SP Reinforcements for the remainder of the game (Union choice). 3. Union SW reduced by 10. Remove from deck if event is played. If card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at end of the Strategy Phase.
