89 11/21/2017 4:17:00 PM Fall 1861 Moderator Message Per tournament rule, if a player does not make a move in a week+ and w/o any notification to the opponent or GM as to why, he forfeits the game.

So Union forfeits this game.
88 11/10/2017 4:19:00 PM Fall 1861 Moderator Message Yes, an army can suck in any in-supplied SP from anywhere on the board as long as they both have a LOC. This is what makes an army so powerful and versatile.

Please note: If you're gone for a vacation or have a work issue that can cause you from playing on a daily basis, please notify the opponent or the GM or the Moderator, so we are aware. Per tournament rule, if you are inactive on ACTS for 1 week or did not notify the GM, the game will be forfeited in favor of your opponent.
87 11/5/2017 11:50:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message 10.21
As a special case an Army can receive a SP if it is in supply and has an LOC of friendly or neutral spaces directly to the location of the SP (neutral RR connections are eligible in this situation). This movement can include both naval and overland strategic movement. Each SP moved into an Army counts against the player’s strategic movement limit.
86 11/5/2017 8:04:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message I'm looking for that in the rules and all I can find is what is in 10.2
Each player may move in-supply infantry SPs from their location through friendly controlled spaces connected by railroads up to their SM limit. I also see the reference to Naval Movement.
85 11/4/2017 10:02:00 AM Fall 1861 Confederate Message You do not need a railroad to move to an army during strategic movement.
84 11/4/2017 4:51:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message I see that you want to move from Marshall, Tx and Fayetteville, AR during Strategic Movement. However, they are not connected by railroad or via Naval Movement from a port at Sea.
