I listed my artillery and the revised odds and listed the combats in the order you did but added the surprise rolls just to be clear what Die Roll they received and called for the dice to match my list.

This is all proper and identified, even if it you order was different , the dice would still be assigned as I did but the combat results would be implemented
as you listed, but I believe they are the same.

Once the die rolls are assigned that is set, If I added one too many then that roll is ignored.

Attack #4 get die roll #4 regardless, even if I added an unnecessary DIE Roll before it.
You really need to list the Surprise rolls as a separate line item, because it is not clear when you propose to roll for them. By the rules it is rolled before the attack, so I did so.

your main avenue of attacks should be the road St Vith to Stavelot, Road to Houffalze, and Clearvaux to Bastonge. The main goal of the 7Th army is simply to tie down troops and block the 10Armored from entering at entry Road D on 17PM. This delay is very important.

the Allies have very narrow edge, early FF, DE and ENG can be killers. Always look as the Germans for attacks to surround adjacent attacks. and trap or kill a unit looking to make the allies unit hungry in the center far from reinforcements.

Usually the road Eupen usually doesn't pay off as it is close to the reinforcements and Eupen is the only target there. Sometimes you can get it with Peiper breakout, after that it usually is just a dead end. Typically the game is won or lost in the center where the allies often find they are short of units

In this case 1. In addition you get a road bonus of 1.5 X the number of hexes of advance rounder up so it is 1 X 1.5 = 1.5 hexes of advance rounded up to 2. Not 1 +2 as you did it. if that were the case the example of 1D3 = 5 hexes of advance would have been 3 + 3 X 1.5 = 3 + 4.5 = 8?! You only get a two hex advance. The advance into the attacked hex counts as part of the advance.
