This was just sloppiness on my part but I should reread the rules.

There is no Wallenstein Phase so it's on the Pillage recovery
98 5/4/2018 7:20:00 AM 1624-1625 Catholic Message I wanted to see what my cards will be so I went ahead and ended the turn and drew cards. Have a good one!

94 5/4/2018 7:16:00 AM 1622-1623 Catholic Message To satisfy the step loss at Linz I will flip the last pristine Bavarian Merc to its reduced side.

91 4/30/2018 10:33:00 PM 1622-1623 Protestant Message No fortresses will be besieged and there are no peasant revolts so that's the end of the turn.

I am going to discard my last card. I am not sure if you will be dealt a new hand if I end the turn so I will wait for you to chose the 2 steps to be lost at Linz and decide on keeping and/or discarding before I end the turn.
90 4/30/2018 10:29:00 PM 1622-1623 Protestant Message That's a 9 on the Loot table so a Pillage 2 marker is placed and you must remove 2 steps of troops at Linz

this will be the start of a more regular card turn around.

The next steps to finish Turn 2 are:

Pay Segment

The Protestants have 21 Foreign Aid Points and only need 11( 2x Mercs.,7x Militia) so they're good.

The Austrian and Spanish troops for the Catholics are paid locally. The Bavarians in Linz are not so I will roll on the Loot table for Linz

84 4/8/2018 8:23:00 PM 1622-1623 Protestant Message That really hurts. Mansfield dies.

I take a 6LF and will eliminate a Hungarian Militia and flip a second. If that was not bad enough. I forgot about foraging. I need to place a pillage marker but Wien already has a 2 and I can't place it at Pressburg so I lost a step in route to battle. That flipped Hungarian Mil. is elim. plus I rolles on the 8+ not 11 + column which means I did a 5 LF to you and not a 6 LF so you only lose 1 unit.

My remaining forces will retreat to Pressburg where I have @ Hung. Mil.,a Pro. Merc and a flipped Merc.
