69 4/24/2018 2:57:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message Well after further review maybe you did want to stay, as the resource space gave you an edge on defense and ties.
If CS rolled a 6 & US 1-3 you would have won.

68 4/24/2018 2:46:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message As the battle was in Nashville the attack was at the following DRMs.

Nashville Battle, Med
US 8SP +6 (Gens, FRatio)
CS 2SP +1 (G)

This pushes the final rolls to 11 & 3 with battle losses of 3*/1 and a potential general casualty.
- not that the losses mattered as you only had 2 defenders
- no general casualty for US due to force ratio (r7.72)
- CSA must confirm general casualty to see if a general takes a ball and dies. (r7.7)

Battle results, AOC n7 continues to convert Nashville and stops in Clarksville. AJ to turn track (TT4 unless killed in action) and force eliminated. Nashville gets union PC and destroyed marker.
SW effect applies for resource center:
US 115+ +5 = 120+
CS 107+ -5 -3 = 99-

I will send you an FTP combat calculator I use - its handy.

In this position, you had nothing to lose in attempting to intercept into Bowling Green out of Nashville and adding +2 for its success to the defense. INT was worth the effort into BG. (r5.8)

Roll for your GC and good luck.
