Well, here, we have a slightly different situation than we did the last few times -

1) I control all the bridges into Bayeux

2) I am allowed to cross rivers without a bridge if infantry as long as it's NOT a flooded boundary

In the other multiple instances I was a bone-head and didn't see/remember that I did NOT own the bridge.
Believe me I almost tried to regroup from 31 to 33
but COULD NOT.

I've sent quesiton off to CONSIM group but if still no then your solution is fine

I don't know how you have managed such rule violations in other games before. I know wargamers who would demand, that the opponent chooses 2 units who must move back to 18, = full punishment for rule violation. This way, I could destroy the regiment bonus of the 61th.

However, the fact that this is the 3rd time in this game, that you violated the bridge rules in Bayeux/18 shows me you are a consistent cheater,
no just kidding, I couldn't resist, sorry:-) It shows me that even you still have problems with the bridge rules( I know why I dislike them! Try TP:S!)
We already had impulses with combat results, so we cannot just take back. I suggest a moderate 'punishment' : If you had noticed in regroup phase the bridge limit, I would assume that you would have left the flipped infantry unit in Bayeux, as it is less important. So only 6 units left, and now as penality, I move one unit, the 7 attack artillery, back to 18. This way, you can keep the regimental bonus for the 61th, but also you probably will remember next time to check the bridge rules when regrouping. Do you think this is fair, or do you have another proposal?
