Message from Confederate:
Per email, Rosecrans failed interception.
Attack at 4-1 (+3) and +2 for generals
57 8/3/2018 8:45:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Two questions:
1) why did you not specify (as requested) whether you were intercepting with the full force or leaving 1SP in the fort?
2) why is a roll of 2 a successful interception for Rosecrans who has a defence of 1?
The rules say that an interception attempt is successful if the roll is equal to or less than the defensive battle rating of the general.
So I think a 2 is a failed interception.
56 8/3/2018 8:01:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message Interception was successful

I did not see a file posted. I presume one will be done after the battle

Message from Union:
47 7/27/2018 6:38:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Sorry, your message said Columbus, but I think you meant Paducah as the intermediate point.
You cannot attack Dover because it is a fort across a river from Paducah.
You would have to use amphibious attack, which you cannot do with an Army, except under special conditions.
46 7/27/2018 6:33:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message My previous move was to put a second SP into Columbus.
So 2sp present not 1.

41 7/25/2018 3:30:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message I believe you have misread the Union Card 1 for this turn. A fort was placed in Louisville, no army was formed there. See the game journal. Will restore the Union SW to 100, remove the AofTN and place fort in Louisville with the next Union card.
40 7/24/2018 8:51:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Actually, CSA is SW 95 due to reversal of fortune effect.

23 7/10/2018 7:00:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Once we sort out your last move, it is time to end the turn and then you do reinforcements.
22 7/9/2018 5:29:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Is it legal to use 2Ops card to ove 2 different 1SP?
Reading the rules it looks like each division move requires a different card, with 2 OPs card allowing 2SP froma single space to move.
If so, your last move was not legal and should be amended by the min necessary.

21 7/9/2018 10:32:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message PC phase, CSA gets control of Fort Monroe.

Attrition deducts 1SP from AotP and from CSA forces in Richmond (mistake by me).

The intervening space may be the one just exited by the moving enemy force. No Generals or SPs may be picked up or dropped off during the intercept.

Message from Confederate:

11 7/4/2018 5:34:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Can you explain where in the rules does it allow you to spend Ops to place PC markets.
You can use a movement point for an army to place PC marker on its current space, but that does not apply.
