Message from Confederate:
You cann't continue moving after the battle, so Culpepper is NOT converted.

Since your Gen has a Def of "1" & Lee has "3"...you get only one Sub-Gen in the def.

2nd Battle for Culpepper (med):
Rebs attacking with 7SPs, +7Gens...1st roll
Yanks defending with 9SPs, +3Gens...2nd roll
3rd roll for Reb GEns
4th for the Yanks
300 12/13/2018 4:54:00 PM Fall 1862 Union Message When I won the battle, I converted Culpeper. AotP has 9 SPs. AoNV has 7 SPs. Can you roll for combat? Do I have plus 6 from generals (Mcdowel, Pleasonton, and McClellan,and for using the iron brigade? IDK how many bonuses you would have... Seems like the most important battle yet.... I would like it if you did the roll for combat!
299 12/13/2018 3:35:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message I believe the ANV s/b total of n7...NOT n8
298 12/13/2018 3:32:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #50: 1 / CSS Sumter, Commerce Raider
Union SW reduced by one.

Message from Confederate:
ANV (n4) leaves 1SP in the Wilderness, moves to Richmond (p/u Forrest, Price, Beau & 3SPs while dropping Morgan cavbgd => Richmond n2 total w Morgan & Pemb w 1SP and ANV n7), then returns to Wilderness (p/u 1SP - n8), then attacks AoPot in Culpepper.
297 12/13/2018 3:24:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Nope, got that wrong!

Rebs only have +5Gens...so only inflict 1SP loss on the Yanks! So, AoPot takes Culpepper! AoPot n9.
ANV retires to the Wilderness (n4).

All Gens report for duty.
296 12/13/2018 3:20:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Both armies loose 2SPs...but Rebs prevail.

292 12/13/2018 8:25:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #100: 3 / Shiloh
Confederate Player may move 5 SPs using Strategic Movement (rail connections only) to the same space with a Confederate General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more Union SPs or fort. If a general casualty occurs in a battle caused by this card, the Commanding General is eligible, this is an exception to the rules. See 4.5.

Message from Union:
AotP will march to Franklin, WVA and convert. March to Stratsburg and convert it (you can attempt to intercept). I will attack you in Culpeper, VA.
291 12/13/2018 12:34:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #99: 3 / Minor Campaign

Place an Elite unit marker in any space with an Army. CSA: Stonewall Bde or Hood’s Tigers. USA: Iron Bde or Wilder’s Bde. Cannot be played if all elite unit markers are in play for that side.

286 12/12/2018 8:26:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Draw Strategy cards 7 cards drawn.

285 12/12/2018 8:26:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Reb strats:
1 from Selma to AoMiss - n3
1 from Corinth to Nashville
3 from Culpepper to ANV - n6
1 from Weldon & 1 from Wilmington to Richmond - n3
284 12/12/2018 6:06:00 PM Fall 1862 Union Message Looks good to me! Let's play!
283 12/12/2018 5:26:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message In review of the log...I see the problem. On my board, I moved ANV to Culpepper...have no card that reflects that move! So, you are correct in having ANV in Johnstown, NOT Culpepper.

This is how I see it...

#226 ANV on Johnstown

#224 => Places 1SP in Culpepper - n1, NOT 3

#226 => 2SPs to ANV => s/b n4

#255 => Places 1SP in Culpepper - n2

#258 => ANV s/b n3

#272 => Culpepper n3, NOT n6

So before I make my strats:
ANV - n3
Culpepper - n3

Does that get us back in Sync?
282 12/12/2018 1:58:00 PM Fall 1862 Union Message AoNV numbers make sense to me. The current number in Culpepper doesn't make sense to me. Look at what I posted and tell me what you think! (I could be totally wrong).
281 12/12/2018 1:57:00 PM Fall 1862 Union Message The AoNV isnt in Culpepper are they? They are up North in PA.
280 12/12/2018 1:55:00 PM Fall 1862 Union Message Turn 224 - Reb reinforcements:
Tn – Dover (n1)
Tex – Marshall (n3)
La – Shreveport (n1)
Ala – Decatur (n1)
Ga – Savannah (n1)
SC – Charleston (n1)
NC - Weldon (n1)
Virg - Culpepper (n3).
Culpepper had 3 SPs.
Then on turn 255 you played #22:
3 / Josiah Gorgas, Chief of Ordnance
Confederate immediately receives three SPs in any friendly controlled space with a LOC,free of Union SPs and forts. No more than one SP per Confederate controlled state. No SPs may be placed in Pro-Union spaces.

Message from Confederate:
LOL, this is certainly the wildest game I have ever played! Just crazy how you have viscerated the bowls of the South!
I had a fella teach me the game some 10 years ago and keep going back to it for many hours of fun...YOU are very much into this game...I have a long way to come back yet! Hope we can play another after this insane game!

Place SPs in Missionary Ridge, Newman (Ga), and Culpepper (n6).

How did Culpepper go from 3 SPs in turn 224 to 6 SPs from one card in turn 255?
279 12/12/2018 1:38:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Let's see...

msg 226 =>
Reb strats:
1 from Corinth to ANV - n4
1 from Decatur, 1 from Wilmington, 1 from Savannah => Charleston - n5
1 from Weldon to ANV - n5

Didn't do anything with the ANV last season except add 1SP with the re-inforcement card play => 6 before attrit.

Does that clear up the anomolie?
278 12/12/2018 4:19:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message Culpeper, VA somehow has 6 SPs. I believe it should only have 4 SPs. It started out at three SPs last time after our Strat phase. You added one SP to it which should have resulted in a total of 4 SPs not 6 SPs. It loses one SP due to attrition this round and then gets one more for you placing one SP there for VA meaning a total of 4 SPs not 6. Do you agree?
277 12/12/2018 3:15:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message Sorry about the random roll!

Pitts - n5 with Hooker
AoPot - n10
AoCumb - n6

Correct? Will do my strats once I have confirmation...
273 12/12/2018 3:07:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message You are correct with the only 6 SPs in the AoCumb.
272 12/12/2018 3:02:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Reb reinforcements:
Tn - Dover (n2)
Ark – Yank conquored
Tex – Marschall (n3)
Ms – Corinth (n1)
La – Shreveport (n1)
Ala - Montgomery (n2)
Ga - Columbus (n2)
NC - Weldon (n1)
Virg - Culpepper (n6)

Blockade reinforcements (level - 0):
Sabine (n2), -2SW, Charleston (n1), Wilmington (n1)

SW impact of the closure of East Gulf:
-2SW for Rebs from 74+ to 69-
271 12/12/2018 3:01:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Hooker is the only Yank Gen to arrive this season, so he will be in Pitts. No others.
270 12/12/2018 3:00:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message AoCumb had only 2SPs total after attrit...4 from Cairo would make 6...
269 12/12/2018 2:44:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Also to amend the end of the turn stuff:
Forgot about the Reb conversion of Columbus (Ga) back to Rebeldom.
268 12/12/2018 2:42:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Draw Strategy cards 7 cards drawn.

267 12/12/2018 2:41:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message Looks good to me! AoNV has 5 SPs after attrition. Pitts, PA has a total of 5 SPs as well. Ill keep everything the same. You may do the rest of your moves!
266 12/12/2018 2:16:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Card play in msg 250 => removed 1SP from Pitts to n2...after attrit it remains at n2.

Does that change your placements or strats?
265 12/12/2018 2:13:00 AM Fall 1862 Confederate Message Right you are about Marschall...forgot that one.

Added an SP to ANV with my re-inforcement card...so I believe it s/b n5 after attrit...

You agree?

Will do my stuff in a minute.
264 12/11/2018 8:17:00 AM Fall 1862 Union Message Marshall, Texas should go from 3 SPs to 2 SPs due to attrition too.

I'll move one SP from Irontown, MO to AoTP for 10 SPs. I'll place all my generals in Pitts, PA this turn.
260 12/11/2018 4:51:00 AM Summer 1862 Union Message Union blockade is at 0. Correct! Also, you should only have 4 SPs in AoNV because you had 5 before.
259 12/11/2018 1:00:00 AM Summer 1862 Confederate Message Oops, one booboo...

Union Blockade is 0, not 1

You agree?

223 12/6/2018 9:15:00 AM Spring 1862 Union Message I didn't know the rule about state capitals. I'll put the capital in Spfld, ILL. I had original put down 14 SPs but now I can only put down 11 SPs. I'll just subtract 1 SP from AotP, AoCumb, and Pitts so that it equals 11 SPs dropped. AotP has 7 SPs (was at 8). AoCumb has 5 SPs (was at 6). Pitt has 3 SPs (was at 4).
222 12/6/2018 12:05:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message One other thing...If the Congress is NOT placed in a STATE capital, you loose 10SW...and loose the war, so better to place it accordingly...ie, NOT in Alton.

Spfld, ILL would be a good location.
221 12/5/2018 11:57:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Yank re-inforcements:
Normally in this situation, Yanks get 4SPs in the East since the RR is severed t WDC. These fellas may come in a space in supply in Delaware or NJ, or Pa.

Harrisburg, Annapolis, & Philly are State Capital locations are Reb PC'd, so 3 SPs available to Yanks are elim from their reinforcement pool. They may be deleted however the Yank player decides.

6 come in out West as you noted; 4 in ILL or STL.

That changes how yours were deployed so you need to make adjustments...total of 11SPs arrive this turn.
220 12/5/2018 6:22:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message I'll put my capital in Alton, Il. I'll place 4 SPs in Pittsburgh, PA. I'll put 6 SPs in Dayton, OH. I'll put 4 SPs in Cairo, Il. I'll move 6 SPs from Dayton, OH to AotP (8 SPs). I'll move 4 SPs from Cairo, Il to AoCumb (5 SPs). I'll move one SP from Columbus, GA to AoCumb (6 SPs). I will move ASJohn back to TRT because ANV is at 2 SPs. I'll put Little Mac, Pope, and Pleasonton into AotP. Also, what are the stats for Pleasonton? I seem to be missing his piece! Also, you may do Strats and put down your generals!
219 12/4/2018 11:00:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Over to you for your capitol placement and re-inforcements!
218 12/4/2018 11:00:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Right you are....my God, my math is horrible...and I pride myself in the use of that skill...abyssmal1!

Yep, Yank SW at 59-
217 12/4/2018 4:03:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message I should also be at -59 points. I was at +72 SW and lost 10 SW. That should make me go down to -59 SW not - 54.
216 12/4/2018 4:02:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Oops! Forgot Arkansas!!! That last move to Columbus and Decatur saved your bacon...nicely done!
