22 11/9/2018 5:44:00 PM Spring 1861 Moderator Message actually, the game now allows me to change the Turn Marker... so we are on T1 again.

You guys either randomly discard 1 card each OR, because you were planning on 5 cards and now the plan changed which may throw a wrench into your strategy, I will allow you to re-start a new game since only 2 cards have been played. But both of you will have to agree on this new game. Please reply back.

21 11/9/2018 5:39:00 PM Summer 1861 Moderator Change game turn Game turn changed to Spring 1861
20 11/9/2018 5:38:00 PM Summer 1861 Moderator Message yes, somehow both of you are on T2, Summer 1861 when you should be on T1...

I don't see a button to edit the Turn to back track to T1. So the next best thing is just delete this game and start a new one.

Stay tuned.... and please be careful of clicking end of turn button.
19 11/9/2018 4:40:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message I'm going to send an email to James Pei
18 11/9/2018 11:52:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message I have no problem with a new game, we have only played two cards. But we still nee to let the GM know.
17 11/9/2018 11:51:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message I think we need a ruling from the GM. Can you reach out and ask?
16 11/9/2018 11:35:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message You’re right!!!!
Actually when I started the game on ACTS, I have to click on « end turn », I do not know why? And then I think we are playing turn 2

Do we ask to start a new game?
15 11/9/2018 11:11:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message I have a question, How did we both get 5 cards when we are supposed to only have 4 cards?
14 11/8/2018 4:08:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #73: 1 / Ball's Bluff
The Union removes one SP (Confederate chooses) within two spaces (including a river connection) of a Confederate SP due to poor leadership. A Union SP can be removed from a Coastal fort.

Message from Confederate:
SP in Fort P-J is removed
13 11/8/2018 3:18:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #6: 1 / Ambush
Target any enemy cavalry general not located with an army and make a casualty die roll. On a die roll of 1-3 the cavalry general is killed, on a die roll of 4-6 there is no effect.

Message from Union:
1 Sp Philly to Fredrick n2
12 11/8/2018 3:12:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message I think the rolling is good. lets stay with that and adjust if we need to.
11 11/8/2018 2:34:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #32: 3 / Dixie Land
Confederate defiance against the “War of Northern Aggression” hardens. Increase Confederate SW by three points.

Message from Confederate:
Before the river is closed, 1 CSA SP moves along the river from Little Rock to New Orleans
10 11/8/2018 2:30:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Let's imagine you need to roll for the assault on Fort P-J.
According to my way to resolve the battle:
- you can roll (but I can play an interruption card after the rolls)
- you can let me roll because in any case, your activation is over with the resolution of this battle
9 11/8/2018 2:29:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message About who rolls, usually I liked to do like this:

attacker usually can roll for battles, for possible interceptions & retreats before battle (mainly in order to reduce the exchanges ans then reduce the length of the game)

However, attacker can let the defender rolls if he thinks several options exist for defender or if the attacker fears the defender can play a combat card.

In all cases, the player who did not roll can play a card after the rolls.

Tell me if you agree or tell me how you prefer to manage the rolls.
8 11/7/2018 7:49:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Event #93: 2 / Strategy Board
