298 4/1/2019 12:54:00 AM Fall 1862 Moderator Message I looked over the journal. This is a tight game. Wish you guys would set aside a dedicated time frame to finish the game. Even starting this round several weeks earlier, you guys are still only in 1862.

I discounted 1 or 2 days delay due to time difference/personal/work stuff ... both players had minor delays of 3 days ... but USA player had a major delay from 2/25 to 3/6, which will be the deciding factor against him.

so, this game will be awarded to CSA player.

Here's the roll for Hooker - again if you make it you can intercept or retreat at your preference. If you miss the roll, we'll assume the roll never happened and you can roll again later in the turn.
286 3/31/2019 8:25:00 PM Fall 1862 Confederate Message In an effort to finish the turn I'm going to roll for Hooker. If I roll a 1, you can choose to accept it and intercept or retreat before battle if you wish, or you can reject it and roll again later in the turn. If I roll a 2-6, we'll assume you automatically rejected it and can roll again later in the turn as well.

So basically you have nothing to lose - if you make the roll you can accept it to intercept or retreat before battle. If you miss the roll, we'll assume the roll never happened, and you can roll again to intercept or retreat before battle later in the turn.

If two or more Confederate armies are in Virginia, the Confederate player places (Confederate choice) one army (placed, not moved) in a Confederate controlled Resource space (destroyed or not), Riverine port, or Blockade Runner port (open or closed) in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Texas. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:
We have a rules problem which needs to be addressed:

JJ could not move to Live Oak FL during the leader reorganization several cards ago because it did not have a sp. Let's assume he moved to Columbus GA (2 sp) instead. From there, he could use this card to move with 1 sp to Live Oak, then the Chickamauga card to attack.

Thus Columbus GA has 1 sp, and JJ has 5 at Tallahassie, FL.

Back to you for last card of turn.

In the case with Van Dorn, I show 2 in Dover at his start. So it confuses me as follows, do 2 start in Dover and EVD travels with only 1? Is my board wrong and ionly 1 was in Dover to start?
