Forgot this effect of Raising the Standard - Play Note: Waller is besieging Portsmouth at game start. There is no need for a Siege marker, since it is already marked for Parliament (it falls when the Standard is played).
Housekeeping phase - placed PC Marker in Flint
Political control phase - PC Marker in Newark
As far as I can tell neither of us suffers any loss of PCs due to isolation but I find I overlook isolation incidence very easily so I may be mistaken.
Over to you to recruit first

Right. I've done the desertions - I've lost one from Essex in view of his having more than 3 brigades.
I've ended the turn, and moved Fairfax into the reinforcement box from the Unemployed Generals box. I've then placed a PC marker, leaving you to do the same.
|26||3/27/2019 7:31:00 AM||Turn 1||Royalist||Message||
I think you just keep them in your hand
We have to lose 1 Brig according to following priorities - PARL should go first but to save time I will go first
(1) Armies commanded by regional Generals outside their region - none
(2) Armies of more than three Brigades - none
(3) Armies in Area adjacent to or same space as an enemy army not masked or besieged - none
(4) Armies in an Area with an enemy PC marker - Charles force loses 1 BRIG
Over to you
Will be away on a short break from 28th March. No moves before Tuesday 2 April.

Sorry Sam for the delay... cricked my back on New Year's Eve and have not been able to sit at PC until now.
I think you should have drawn a Naval Chit "Then, if this is Late 1642 (i.e., Game Turn 1), Late 1643, Late 1644 or Late 1645, the Parliament Player draws a Naval Chit and adjusts the Naval Status"
1. Using the Powicke Bridge advantage I will recruit the Marquis of Winchester's Veteran brigade placed with Hopton.

OK Sam - I have set up the ACTs module. If we use this to outline our moves as well as die rolls it generates an email and keeps a record of the game. Because I play a lot of games I find Dropbox very helpful because I can sort my folder and see when a game has been updated. I have sent a DB link to you.
