Ok, with a SP in Williamsburg you are in supply and I am not. The AoNV still intercepts. Medium battle, Richmond

Union (4 SP): +2 from CSA out of supply + 1 generals=+3
CSA (5 SP+2 cav SP): +2 from fort +4 from generals =+6
138 1/16/2019 2:49:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message Yes I will attack. Again no need to roll for itnerception as it was successful already. Iron brigade is still alive but I'll probably only get a +2 DRM total (one general, iron brigade) against your +6 (generals + fort, the interception and OOS cancel each other out). Hopefully you can roll a 10 and get a nice leader casualty check on your guys :)
137 1/16/2019 2:43:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Yes, I couldn't understand why you missed that spot, but yes, 4 SP it is no matter what. Only it gives you better odds having a supply back home in coming battles.

So you are still attacking?
136 1/16/2019 2:40:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message yes but i meant to leave a guy in williamsburg to keep supply lines open, as I wouldnt make a round about move to attack richmond OOS lol...so battle is still 2v1 for me and leaving an SP in petersburg still leaves me 4 SP. I'm OK with interception standing as it hasn't affected aynthing really
135 1/16/2019 1:59:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message When backtracking you always use the first battle roll for the first battle and then catch up. So the 2-2 was for the first battle, which you believed was an overrun. I merely rolled for the second battle
134 1/16/2019 12:51:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message hence my long round about way in to richmond otherwise i would be attacking OOS
133 1/16/2019 12:48:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message so i rolled for st petersburg already. it's in file 126 i believe. it was 2v2. the result would be same. i forgot to leave a unit in the file in williamsburgh to keep suplyl line open so I would be attacking petersburg with 6 SP (3:1 ratio still). I would lose 1 SP and leave 1 SP so attacking richmond with 4 SP basically...the only thing that changes is i lost 1 extra SP in hanover as I thought I had 10
132 1/16/2019 11:27:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Battle of Petersburg is 2 cl vs 3 cl.

CSA defenders eliminated, Union loses 3 SP and the Iron Brigade due to 2+ casualties. AoP attacked with more than 2:1 and may continue attack. AoP have 4 SP left after the final battle. If you leave 1 SP to guard your retreat, you attack 3 SP vs 1 SP in Richmond.

The intercept doesn't count, as AoP have fought one more battle and you have less units than expected, so I'll let it be up to you if you go for Richmond and the new 1/3 chance of me NOT intercepting or if you stop...
131 1/16/2019 11:22:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Battle of Petersburg is 2 cl vs 3 cl. CSA defenders eliminated, Union loses 3 SP

AoP does not have a cav and was at 9 SP when attacking Hanover, so you killed the SP in Hanover with you 2-2, but you lost one yourself. Meaning that I will roll for the battle of Peterburg.

Union (7 SP): Force ratio 3:1 +2 and +2 from generals and +1 from elite = +5
CSA (2 SP): Union out of supply = +2

129 1/16/2019 10:16:00 AM Spring 1862 Union Message lol every odd for interception has gone your way this round...you leave richmond on a 1/3 chance for intrception to fall and would have put ANOVA in very precaious situation. I was figuring you would have sat inside richmond and let me win with mccellan as you could still intercept AOP if it tried to move in to hanover or what not
