176 1/21/2019 2:17:00 PM 1807-1808 Britain Britain: Play Strategy card as Operations #25: 5 / Panic!
The loser of any battle suffers Attrition to all surviving (including disrupted) Units/leaders prior to any rout resolution. Any Attrition losses suffered inflicted are assessed first to non-disrupted Units/leaders and contribute to possible rout conditions. This event can be voided by play of the Rally or Rear Guard events prior to the Attrition roll.

Each blockaded Squadron in a Port of your choice rolls a die: 6-sunk, 5-damaged. Mark each damaged Squadron with a Naval Build marker. 111 1/18/2019 11:46:00 AM 1805-1806 France Message Makes sense. I haven't played 2-player over ACTS before, and this is going much faster than any 3-5 player ACTS game I've done. No cards from me before the battle either. 4 dice vs 2, you may roll the battle.
110 1/18/2019 7:28:00 AM 1805-1806 Britain Message In a multiplayer game that may make sense to keep things going, but I don't think it is necessary in a 2 player game.

If you want to do it, fine, but you are giving me an advantage when you do. I won't be assuming any evasions or interceptions.

no evasion at Naples

Message from France:
1-2: build 1 Rome n2
3: 2 in Rome attack Naples

reaction?

by the way for stuff like this in the future, I'm fine with "roll for opponent's possible retreat/intercept and then if the roll fails, keep moving, if the roll succeeds then pause for decision" stuff as long as it's a simple situation like this where there aren't multiple options for doing things in a different order. Let me know if that works for you or if you'd rather we roll our own.
108 1/18/2019 12:12:00 AM 1805-1806 France Denmark: Play Strategy card as Operations #908: 4 / Gallant Danes

Message from Britain:
ok, here goes
95 1/16/2019 9:50:00 PM 1805-1806 France Message So on 1-3, we draw a new card for the Turks and play that one, and EE was indeed discarded?

On a 4-6, they discarded something else, and EE gets played - in that case, we should draw a new one and discard it, which probably won't matter at all, but since the discards are face-up there's a small chance that it would give one of us some intel to see the card?
94 1/16/2019 9:47:00 PM 1805-1806 France Message Prussia is out, so the Turks are up next, and I do not preempt them.
93 1/16/2019 9:06:00 PM 1805-1806 Britain Message France can Preempt
92 1/16/2019 9:06:00 PM 1805-1806 Britain Russia: Play Strategy card as Operations #47: 3 / Sappers & Pioneers
Add or subtract one "6" to/from any Siege assault or defense after seeing the Siege dice rolls.

Message from Britain:
1: Kutuzov/6 to Vienna
2-3: Turkish Consul to Russian Friend
91 1/16/2019 8:53:00 PM 1805-1806 Britain Austria: Play Strategy card as Operations #16: 5 / Conscripts
A leader of your choice is given two more Units of its nationality - even during battle. The added Units may exceed the Commander's Command Rating even if it is moved into the battle. Afterwards those Units would be subject to normal command restrictions. Can be played even AFTER seeing all battle dice for two extra die rolls in that battle.

Message from Britain:
1-2: build a CU at Tyrol (n/3)
3-4: build a CU at Dalmatia (n/6)
5: Prussian Consul back to Friend +1
90 1/16/2019 2:49:00 PM 1805-1806 France Message That's a good idea. Rolling to wait makes sense too, since if their other card had been discarded, I wouldn't know about EE yet. Don't think it would change my moves either way but I think you found the best way to handle it, so let's go with that.
89 1/14/2019 2:55:00 PM 1805-1806 Britain Message Regarding Turkey, I did know what the card was, although that is not why I played Drought. But since you mention it, and since that card could determine the result of the game, it occurs to me that it is not really fair that it gets automatically discarded.

Why don't we say that on a 1-3 it does get discarded, but on a 4-6 the phantom card gets discarded instead. However, we wait until Turkey's next Impulse to make the roll. Does that sound fair?
88 1/14/2019 2:15:00 AM 1805-1806 France Message Austria is up.
87 1/14/2019 2:14:00 AM 1805-1806 France Discard Strategy card Message from France:
Spain discards:

"6 / Talleyrand
Move any Consul on the Diplomatic Track two boxes and add 1 to the Peace die roll this Turn. OR Add 2 to the Peace die roll this Turn. This event may break Pact status. Not playable in 1805"
86 1/14/2019 2:13:00 AM 1805-1806 France Discard Strategy card Message from France:
France discards:

"Immediately following the Resource Gain attempt die roll of ANY Army Rout, roll a die. You may spend that many CPs on the Diplomatic Track to move any Consul(s) in either direction. A die roll of 6 is needed to break Pact status."
85 1/14/2019 2:12:00 AM 1805-1806 France Message Dang, did you do that knowing Turkey would discard EE because they couldn't draw their extra card yet (you don't have to answer during the game if you think it gives something away of course)?
84 1/14/2019 2:09:00 AM 1805-1806 France Denmark: Change Nation Owner to France Message from France:
