I am uisng this card to conduct a Chinese offensive. I am playing this card as an OC Chinese Offensive. If I am calculating it correctly,I have a starting # of 10(5 divisions in China X2). I must subtract 8 since the Burma road is not hindered at all. Thus, I must roll 2 or less for an effect. Failure is meaningless since the merker cannot go to the right so.
