193 7/1/2019 5:26:00 AM Summer 1862 Moderator Message Time limit for this round is up. As warned weeks earlier, if you cannot speed up and finish by deadline, I will have to adjudicate.

In looking over the journal, the game looks tight, with SW about even. Both players moved too slow, as the game is only at T5 after 3 months! There were instances of both players having absences of 3 to 4 days at various times. So without a clear cut indicator, I will have to roll a die to determine the winning player.
