336 9/16/2019 3:15:00 PM Spring 1864 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #117: 3 / Clandestine Blockade Runner Port
If the state of Florida and the St. Marks, Florida space is Confederate controlled, St. Marks is treated as a blockade runner port for the remainder of the game. Place (no LOC required) 2SPs and a fort (optional if available) in the St. Marks space. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
Well you had the Galveston card and played it well; I should be glad you did not have this one.

Activate Pope and 3 in DC...AA vs Fort Gadson.

I will play as though there is no card for you; I have none.
335 9/16/2019 11:11:00 AM Spring 1864 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #115: 2 / Galveston
The Confederate player may move 1 SP from a blockade runner port (open or closed) to its associated ungarrisoned Union controlled coastal fort (no Union SP present) and immediately place a Confederate PC marker (does not require a LOC) in the Coastal fort space. Remove from deck if event is played.

303 8/24/2019 1:58:00 PM Fall 1863 Union Message McClellan is ambivalent. It’s been comfortable in Manassas, but he should run (Grant and the AoC is so far away). However, soon it will be 1864 and while he has not taken Richmond, he has not let DC fall (taking the glory for the work the others did to secure so many spaces in VA). If he puts up a good front, he still might run for the presidency next year.

He decides to stay put, even though he is outmanned (4-1 vs 14-2) and Lee has many great GOs with him.

302 8/24/2019 12:23:00 PM Fall 1863 Confederate Message No need to roll, result is a guaranteed 3*-1 CSA win. 2 USA SPs destroyed and AoNV continues:
