58 10/6/2019 2:17:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Yes, as long as you get someone of equal or higher rank into the army then you can move out all the other generals.

But once a second in command is established, there will always need to be one general in there who is second in command (Infantry only, cavalry can never be second)
57 10/6/2019 12:07:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message No will rearrange some more soon. I can move from Cairo a general and if his Rating is higher than burnside, then I can move. Urbaide rifht since he wonít be 2nd in command anymore
56 10/5/2019 11:33:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Are you sure thatís all the generals you want to move
55 10/5/2019 11:08:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message Since you are using a one app to re-organize generals, you should re-organize all the ones you want. Keep in mind you need to leave the top rated commander who is subordinate in the army of Potomac As second in command

48 10/5/2019 12:05:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message to make this easy, I'm going to go ahead and put all my generals into Richmond. drawing cards and will declare on campaign. to you to place your generals.
47 10/4/2019 11:55:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message I'm actually going to place that VA SP into Richmond insane, n2. that is addendum to reinforcement.

43 10/4/2019 10:33:00 PM Summer 1861 Union Message ok bty..did reinforcement for now
42 10/4/2019 2:35:00 PM Summer 1861 Confederate Message ok, made an addendum and pulled away one SP from PGT and sent back to Wilmington. Therfore PGT couldn't grab 2 spaces in WV, he had to stop at Grafton with 1.

to you for force placement sir.
41 10/4/2019 9:41:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message So PGT pulled one to himself to move with three divisions, he still was guaranteed a one or one star result In Harper and enemy eliminate
After the battle he would be down to only two strength points, he will leave one in Harpers Ferry and then march to Grafton and finish his move there
40 10/4/2019 9:39:00 AM Summer 1861 Confederate Message I see what you were saying on the card, and I think this must be the only rebel consultation card that does that as I am not used to that limitation. I will Pull from Morehead and Iíll have to revise the end of my move as I will be short one sp. I would still be able to win the initial battle in Harpers Ferry easy enough
39 10/4/2019 5:54:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message they have to be from same space, so wilmington or moorehead city right?
38 10/4/2019 5:53:00 AM Summer 1861 Union Message can you pick 2 SP from 2 different spaces? i thought card states you can only pick from same space?
37 10/3/2019 6:04:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate End Turn
36 10/3/2019 6:04:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message no raids, no border state change, attrition is simply AOP -1, n4

to you for placing new forces.
35 10/3/2019 6:02:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message no capitol change, PCs: CSA gets them in Grafton & Franklin.

remove US on to default CSA control in Harper
34 10/3/2019 4:50:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message but not today. PGT drops 1, n2, 4th-7th to Grafton, drop 1, n1. 8th to Franklin and done. now EOT.

32 10/3/2019 4:48:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message and he does. i eliminate the lone SP, n3, 3rd move to Harper Ferry where AOP can intercept. you have no cards so i will roll it. also, it will be yoru last chance, otherwise i would pause and let you decide.

let me know if you have questions on that, my attack is +4 (3 for force and 1 for PGT offense)

let's see if your lone Union SP can score a hit.
30 10/3/2019 4:46:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #103: 3 / Seven Days/Chattanooga
Either player may move 2 SPs using Strategic Movement from the same space using rail connections only (10 space maximum) to the same space with a General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more enemy SPs or fort. OR play this card as an automatic 2 space interception. Intervening space must be friendly controlled and free of enemy SPs. The intervening space may be the one just exited by the moving enemy force. No Generals or SPs may be picked up or dropped off during the intercept.

Message from Confederate:
PGT pulls 2 SPs to himself (Wilmington & Morehead NC), n4. 1st-2d to Winchester in VA and fights at 4-1.

no enemy general so i will win 1-1 or better and be able to continue even if it's a tie due to force ratio, plus no enemy general to make me halt in event of tie/defender eliminated.
29 10/1/2019 10:16:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message well 2:1 is important also, if you win the battle you can keep moving, otherwise your move is done...think of it as momentum. so for armies it is really important because you already only get 6 MPs with them so if you can achieve a 2:1 or better, then at least you can keep moving after the battle if you win rather than be forced to halt and not follow up your success.
28 10/1/2019 10:13:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message yeah i thought 2:1 was good for some DRM but its apparently 3:1 or higher lol..whoops..in retrospect i should have knocked out bearegard SP and richmond..at least would have forced you to run back to richmond
27 10/1/2019 10:09:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message yep, i would recommend studying the DRMs and CRT carefully. It is hard to win battle in the civil war when attacking unless you have good DRMs on your side. as it should be. so you either need to build an army with decent subordinates or achieve localized force superior of at least 3-1 or get the enemy out of supply.
26 10/1/2019 10:03:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message clearly recreating history it seems
25 10/1/2019 10:03:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message damn...that's unfortunate rolling lol
24 9/30/2019 5:59:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message 1-1. PGT bounces the AOP back to Fred. n5 for AOP, n2 for PGT.

22 9/30/2019 5:05:00 PM Spring 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #100: 3 / Shiloh
Confederate Player may move 5 SPs using Strategic Movement (rail connections only) to the same space with a Confederate General who is then activated and must attempt to enter a space with at least one or more Union SPs or fort. If a general casualty occurs in a battle caused by this card, the Commanding General is eligible, this is an exception to the rules. See 4.5.

Message from Union:
AoP picks up SP in DC (leaves 1 in frederick so you cant intercept) then moves to attack bearegard with 6 SP..bty to resolve
21 9/30/2019 12:58:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #114: 3 / Frederick Douglas
Union immediately receives five SPs for raising freemen Negro troops. The SPs can be placed in any single Union controlled space with a LOC in NJ, DE, PA or the space that contains the Union capital that does not contain Confederate SPs or forts. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:
thanks to what you did, i have to now use this card in a very different way. activate AS Johnston. moving only on friendly RR spaces meaning 10 MP instead of 8. 5 MPs to Memphis where he grabs Polk and the 1 SP, n2. 6-7th: Columbus, drop Polk and 1 SP, n1. 8th-9th to Dover and halt with his 1 SP.

log up. back to you for yoru last card play then to me to finish and do EOT. let me know if you have other questions about river forts and amphib, i will be happy to help
20 9/30/2019 12:52:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Contraband is a nasty card no matter what, but it is particularly rough in the early war when I'm struggling to get a division covering each critical point of my line :(
19 9/27/2019 10:11:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Well thankfully I get to respond before you go :)
18 9/27/2019 9:55:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Message hm..i was thinking of knocking out richmond and unit from bearegard..but you'll just retreat back to richmond with him then most likely, assuming you dont have two 1 op cards left lol..still think will be harder to activate polk with his 3, so lets just knock out the two units at the forts and see what happens (who knows, may have been better to knock out richmond/bearegard)
17 9/27/2019 2:36:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message yes river forts that are assaulted by water still fight a battle like ungarrisoned coastal forts. but if you can get at them by land then you automaticlaly take them with a battle or any loss of SPs. but Dover cannot be approached by land from the West across the blue river bar.
16 9/26/2019 9:49:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Event #31: 2 / Contraband of War
Confederate removes two SPs (Union chooses), no more than one SP per space. Void after Emancipation Proclamation has taken effect. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
no file..remove dover and columbus..i beleive i can river assault the empty forts correct? like attacking a coastal fort?
15 9/25/2019 12:14:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Event #21: 3 / Confederate Overseas Agent
Confederate immediately receives three SPs in any open Blockade Runner Port, no more than one SP per port, but more than one SP per Blockade Zone is permitted. If insufficient ports are available, the excess SPs are lost.

Message from Confederate:
1 each in: Morehead City, NC. Wilmington NC. Sabine City, TX.

13 9/25/2019 8:32:00 AM Spring 1861 Union Play Strategy card as Operations #29: 2 / Crittenden Compromise
Union places (or flips in border states) two PC markers in any spaces free of Confederate SPs or forts which are not Resource spaces, Blockade Runner Ports, or Coastal forts. Void after Emancipation Proclamation. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Union:
place 2 PC in KY
12 9/24/2019 10:30:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message still on you, sorry for delay last week.
11 9/22/2019 2:39:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #125: 1 / Confederate Locomotive shortage
The Union player may randomly remove one strategy card from the Confederate hand, which is discarded. Remove from deck if event is played.

Message from Confederate:
to make sure there are no easy pickings for you in KY, let's place 1 PC down in Paducah.
10 9/22/2019 1:48:00 AM Spring 1861 Confederate Message alright back in the saddle again.
