115 12/6/2019 11:27:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message Yes, I remember this stuff by the phrase "if adjacent to a space that has a railroad going to it"...then 1MP.

One thing that got me in a game a couple of months ago...was that it needs to be a "connected" railroad...so if I take Wytheville to Knoxville for example...they are NOT connected RRs back to Manassas...but thru Lewisburg...those are NOT connect RRs...so those spaces cost 2MPs each.

Glad you had a good time...and I look forward to talking to ya about Paddy Griffith...any good time for you for me to call?
114 12/6/2019 9:14:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message If the need to recover from the vacation is an indication of its greatness, then yes, it was Awesome!

Actually it was a great holiday. Thanks for your patience.

Question: moving from Franklin to Strasburg. Does that count as 1MP because of the RR into Strasburg?

102 11/14/2019 2:18:00 AM Fall 1861 Union Message LOL, no problemo Bro!

As long as you are NOT moving the SPs along a combo of roads & rail lines, you may strat the limit.

So for example, if I wanted to strat by sea to a port, then to a rail line occupied army => I could only strat 3SPs.
Another example, if AoPot was in Lewisburg, since I must strat them over a road, limit is 3SPs.

You are secure for AoWest and ANV...both on rail lines.

If the strats traverse combos of roads, water, & rail lines => limited to 3SPs via that method. You could have a situation where 3 are moved that way and more along a "all rail" line...
101 11/11/2019 4:15:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message Okay, before I can do my strat moves, please clarify for me the modified 10.21 rule. You have more than 3SPs moving to AoP [Who I insisted calling AoC]. If that rule means any army, then that will affect my strat moves too.
100 11/4/2019 7:53:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message Hmmm. It seems that I am the one who needs help. Sorry. AoP it is. For some reason, flashes of internet service between blackouts, that I thought it was AoC being built up to 10. Please, please, don't ask me why. All is right with the world, copecitic, clear skies, no problems. I will get you the Strat moves soon.
99 11/4/2019 6:12:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message I'm not understanding what you are pointing out...my strats =>
Yank strats:
5 from WDC (n3) to AoPot - n10
4 from Cinncy (n2) & 1 from Parkersburg (n0) => AoPot - n15
2 from Cinncy (n0) to Bloomington - n2

AoCumb is in Wheeling...and no SPs sent to it. Help me here, bud
98 11/4/2019 6:06:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message You can 3SPs to AoC, it is just starting with 2 SPs at the end of the season, so actually, not 7, but 5SPs for the Army...
97 11/4/2019 5:18:00 PM Fall 1861 Union Message No SPs sent to AoCumb?? So I guess answer is no...
96 11/3/2019 10:48:00 PM Fall 1861 Confederate Message I don't have a problem with the Strat, just the final numbers. You want AoC to have 7SPs total?

16 9/19/2019 11:10:00 PM Spring 1861 Confederate Message Yes, I had cards for 8 SPs and had to 'give away' 5 of them because of forts and important moves. It did hurt... ;-\ Two fortresses the first turn... yee-ouch.
