The two cards are the original card you played instead of Emancipation, (USS Kearsarge Sinks USS Alabama, log 133) and 3 Cigars (log 135) which was in reaction to my original sixth move that now did not happen.

2. I see you flipped the Emancipation marker, but you didn't remove any SPs or adjust SW. Just to ensure there were no Vassal quirks, I closed the game and loaded your log file directly and I still didn't see the changes.

So, where did you take your Emancipation losses?

149 2/6/2020 4:11:00 PM Spring 1862 Confederate Message Just one question - where is the CSA AofTN? I read your last message as it being in Nashville. However, the file you sent has it in Franklin.
148 2/6/2020 3:28:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message Are we in agreement with the two army counts in log entry 126? This is consistent with my original Union 5.vlog

I see I misstated Pope's count in the previous log, but your army count of 2 is the same. So, I will repeat the log 126 results which we should both be in agreement on:

Pope, 4 SPs (not 5, my bad)
Johnston, 2 SPs and the 1 SP left behind in Nashville

With respect to the armies (and Nashville), is there still a point of contention?
147 2/6/2020 10:57:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Message I disagree with your totals and since I am sure we won't come to and agreement, I will conceded the game.
146 2/3/2020 4:38:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message Note, you restored 2 SPs to your army from the combat that triggered Emancipation

At the end of the combat (in C4), Pope has 5 SPs, Johnston has 2 SPs, and you have 1 SP left in Nashville and 3 SPs in Columbus including a 1 SP Forrest brigade

You should not end Emancipation with more than 2 SPs in the Army of Tennessee.

Since the original Union 5 log still has the erroneous SP count in Columbus (log 137), I've created a revised Union 5b.log with the correction. To reset your board before Emancipation, close your game and reload with this new Union 5b.log. You should then see the SP counts above.

I would assume one of the 3 SPs you lose would not be from Franklin as that would lower your army to 1 SP, so I expect you will also be revising your loss locations.

Thx

144 1/31/2020 1:09:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message this does not affect my round 5, but it could affect my round 6

lose 3 SPs and put 1 SP back in Nashville from the army (unless that is one of the ones you lose)

143 1/31/2020 1:02:00 PM Spring 1862 Union Message you were required to play Emancipation the previous card play as I won the medium battle in Confederate round 4
142 1/31/2020 9:52:00 AM Spring 1862 Confederate Play Strategy card as Operations #81: 3 / Emancipation Proclamation - Reshuffle/Remove
Either player must play this card as an EC on the Strategy Round immediately following a Union large or medium battle victory. Confederate loses 10 SW and 3 SPs (his choice). Union loses 5 SW. Flip GT marker to its Emancipation Proclamation side. Card must be the last one played by a player at which time it can be played as an OC card. If the play of this card as an OC results in a battle victory, there is no Emancipation Proclamation Remove from deck if event is played. If this card is played as an OC or discarded re-shuffle deck at the end of the Strategy Phase.
