To decide which Generals are going to be the two new consuls, I roll multiple d8s (usually 10). I then match up the numbers to the general list starting from the first die. If the general is available, he is selected. If not I go to the next die and see if that general is available. Continue until I have two new generals. Doing it this way is more efficient than rolling one at a time. Hope that helps. |
