3d log done; Your RPs now and you can advance ACTS turn.
Bye
88 12/2/2019 3:30:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese Message yes looks good to me. remember HQs only fulfill supply requirements for reinforcements in the hex that they are placed in. so the Aus and NZ units (and British) have to go to the same hex as ANZAC if they are deployed to South Pacific. so might want to consider ANZAC placement due to stacking

p24: " HQs arriving as reinforcement on the current turn fulfill the supply and activation requirements for reinforcement placementonly in the hex they occupy. To place reinforcements in other hexes, the supply and activation must be traced from an HQ that began the turn on the map."

US reinforcements can be supplied by S Pac of course. Going to be an interesting and challenging game, I have seen WIE +1 in turn 2 before but never Halsey...
87 12/2/2019 3:17:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies Message Sorry for the multiple errors.

85 12/2/2019 3:14:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies Message Ok. I double checked the LRB zoi rule; They have a ZOI for detection purposes, but it does not neutralize enemy zois.

Then I move the LRB to darwin too.

72 12/2/2019 2:33:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese Message nvm it can do 2 hops with non strategic movement via PBM. point about ABDA supply still stands though, it is OOS immediately
71 12/2/2019 2:31:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese Message very interesting... but I think the LRB cannot go to Tjilatjap on a 1OC. it's too far for 1 hop non-strategic movement and with strategic movement you cannot enter unneutralized AZOI. remember LRB AZOI does not neutralize anyway so it would not put ABDA in supply

66 12/2/2019 10:27:00 AM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese Message Col Tsuji card effectively ignores terrain: "the final die roll modifier for the Japanese in any ground battles is +4" so in Kuantun, the DRM is not -2+4=+2 but just +4

but actually it doesn't matter, because a x1.5 result with 18 attack is enough to eliminate the 3 Indian corps
65 12/2/2019 10:16:00 AM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies Play Strategy card as Operations #77: 2 / Mao Tse Tung: Communits Offensive

Check again and roll
15 11/21/2019 2:06:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies Message You are correct, I reread the rule.
"Activated air and carrier units may use Reaction
movement to leave a battle hex before combat is resolved, but if they do so, they must still participate in the battle in the hex they
departed from."

I had read it incorrectly that it required the unit to participate in any battle. But it is more restrictive
I will therefore bring the corps in.

14 11/21/2019 1:38:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Japanese Message FEAF cannot leave battle C. You can activate it, and move, but it must participate in battle C. The only reason to do this, is if offensives player did not bring enough air. If you react the unit out of the battle, you can avoid losses. In this case, it does not matter as Japan has enough air.

Also, even if Manila was not a battle hex, you cannot move FEAF air 4-hex-hop and join battle. It has parenthesized extended range.

Activating SL corps and moving to Manila is legal though and in fact a good move to defend against the ground attack later.

Let me know if you want to change anything
13 11/21/2019 1:33:00 PM Jan-Apr 1942 Allies Message I prefer to let you review. If fine pls roll.
